Enver Sedat Güneş

Enver Sedat Güneş is a logistics professional with over 25 years of experience in the fields of logistics, warehousing, and supply chain management. He possesses deep expertise in operational efficiency, cost optimization, and strategic operations management.

Güneş serves as the President of DEPODER – Warehouse Management Association, which operates to advance the development of the warehousing sector and raise industry standards in Türkiye. In this role, he leads significant efforts toward increasing knowledge sharing, developing warehouse technologies and logistics infrastructure investments, and professionalizing the sector.

Throughout his career, he has held senior management positions at national and international organizations such as Avesoro Holdings, CEVA Logistics, Netlog Logistics, Doğan Holding (YAYSAT), and HESAŞ A.Ş. (Sabiha Gökçen Airport). During this time, he has led critical projects such as establishing large-scale warehouse organizations, restructuring logistics operations, and optimizing operational costs.

With extensive experience in warehouse management, transportation, inventory management, project planning, and international logistics operations across various industries, Güneş has successfully implemented projects involving the management of Turkish and international operations, business process redesign, and supply chain efficiency enhancement. He has particularly developed strategic solutions that provide cost advantages in customs management, transportation processes, and supply chain optimization.

Completing his education in Public Administration at Ankara Gazi University and Electronic Engineering at the Turkish Military Academy, Güneş has participated in numerous national and international training and certification programs in logistics, strategic management, and operational excellence throughout his career.
