Mehmet ALP

Mehmet Alp is a professional with over 20 years of field and senior management experience in logistics and supply chain management. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive expertise in areas such as logistics, warehouse management, distribution operations, project management, investment and growth strategies, procurement, and production process planning.

He has played an active role in critical processes including warehouse management, e-commerce logistics, warehouse setup and expansion projects, construction and production planning, supply chain optimization, inventory and materials management, and the implementation of investment projects. He has served in the establishment and management of domestic and international operations across various sectors such as FMCG, food, energy, telecommunications, building materials, and construction, leading the setup of numerous warehouses, logistics operations, and infrastructure investments.

He has undertaken significant roles in planning and implementing large-scale warehouse, logistics, and industrial facility projects in both Turkish and international markets, successfully managing projects focused on operational efficiency and sustainable growth.

A graduate of Sabancı University, Department of Industrial Engineering, Mehmet Alp has held senior management positions throughout his career at leading industry companies such as P&G, Mondelez International, Karınca Logistics, CEVA Logistics, Tüpraş, Turkcell, Nippon Paint (Betek Boya), and Getir (Turkey and Europe).

He has particularly participated in industry-leading projects regarding the establishment and scaling of rapid delivery models (same-day / next-day delivery) in e-commerce logistics, leading operational design and implementation processes.

Mehmet Alp founded Adeya Engineering to further advance his expertise in logistics and warehouse engineering. Under the ADEYA umbrella, he continues to develop projects in logistics infrastructure investments, warehouse engineering, and supply chain solutions in both Turkey and international markets, contributing to the transformation of the industry.
